My name is Donna Ferraro. I found the Weigh Down Ministries in 1996 when I was at my largest, size 26. It was the most desperate time in my life. I praise God for His faithfulness by responding to my cry for help by bring Weigh Down into my life!
The results of putting into practice what God taught me through Weigh Down was amazing, to say the least. Not only have I lost 109 pounds but for the first time in my life my back and leg pain is gone. I am now doing things someone much younger and energetic would be doing. I am now full of life! I have gone through every class offered through the Weigh Down Ministries because they continue to help produce more change and more fruit in my life! If I had to pick one, the Weigh Down Advanced class has been the most influentual of all in my weight loss and changes.
Another sweet jewel from God is that I am able to drive down the road and not hear the fast food restaurants call my name anymore. WOW!! That has been amazing to me - to really know I am permanently set free from overeating. God Almighty through His Son Jesus Christ has set me FREE!! Amen!
